Ingredients: Fleur de sel, dried chili. Flake salt formed once a year (in the fall) in the traditional Mediterranean salteries of North Lebanon. The surface layer is collected; it has fine crystallization, a distinct taste and is rich in minerals. We carefully mix it with an indigenous rare variety of Chili pepper named “horn of deer”. This spicy mix has an appealing white & red color that can spice up your meat and salads in an exotic way.
