A blend of Lebanese wild oregano with wild Sumac and whole organic Sesame Seeds. Our oregano is a tasty native species of Adonis valley. It is collected from the wild in August, carefully dried along with sumac, then mixed with whole organic sesame seeds to form our unique traditional blend. Mix with olive oil for a tasty dip with bread. Mix with olive oil to marinate chicken, meat or fish. Sprinkle over salads, sandwiches or pizzas for added flavor.
S2 Fleur De Sel with wild herbs, 70 g / 2.5 oz
Ingredients: Fleur de sel, Lebanese oregano, thyme, sumac, sage, laurel leaf
Our “proud blend”; flake salt formed once a year (in the fall) in the traditional Mediterranean salteries of North Lebanon. The surface layer is collected; it has fine crystallization, a distinct taste and is rich in minerals. We carefully mix it with the local typical herbs of our valley: Oregano, sage, thyme, sumac, and laurel leaves. Highly appreciated by the food connoisseurs, this aromatic salt enhances the flavor of salads as well as grilled meats; its use is almost unlimited.

Flake salt formed once a year (in the fall) in the traditional Mediterranean salteries of North Lebanon. UNIQUE VALUES: Our fig jam “extra” is prepared according to a traditional recipe. Carefully selected, figs are individually opened and sun dried before cooking. This process guarantees maximum flavor concentration. Our figs are hand-picked at the prime of their season when perfectly ripe. They are individually checked, then cooked uncovered in small batches, keeping them whole and not narrowed to marmalade. Through this process, their aroma, shining color, and rich vitamins content are naturally conserved.

A Beladi, Arbequina, Arbosana blend; it won a silver medal at the 2012 Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition.
Aroma displayed more green olive fruit characteristics described as grass and tomato leaf, along with ripe olive fruit described as butter and slightly floral. Oil is spicy and slightly astringent.
